1. About SportPair

SportPair is an introduction service that helps users find sports partners and coordinate venue bookings. SportPair is not a party to any arrangement, game, or booking made between users.

2. Who can use SportPair

You must be 18 or over to use SportPair. By creating an account you confirm that you are.

3. Participation at your own risk

You take part in sport and meet other users at your own risk. You confirm you are medically fit to participate. Always meet in a public place and tell someone where you are going.

4. No liability between users

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportPair is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or dispute arising before, during, or after a session arranged through the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Verification

SportPair may verify a phone number or photo to improve accountability, but does not carry out background checks and does not guarantee any user's identity, skill, or behaviour.

6. User conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, behave respectfully, and use the app lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity may lead to suspension or removal of your account.

Offensive language is filtered automatically. You can block and report other users at any time from within the app, and every report is reviewed.

7. Venues and bookings

SportPair facilitates coordination only. It is not responsible for venue availability, fees, cancellations, conditions, or the conduct of venue operators.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
